$28M Power Transformer Replacement Roadmap

Challenge: GRU had 32 aging power transformers across its Energy Delivery and Energy Supply divisions and no long-term replacement plan.
Approach: I assessed the fleet, ranked units by condition and risk, and built a 10-year capital schedule. I also built a separate replacement plan for 34 aging oil circuit breakers.
Result: I delivered the $28M, 10-year transformer roadmap in three months, and the $7M breaker plan in two. The breaker plan is now in active execution.
