Challenge: The utility needed to prioritize investment across new large substation projects and aging equipment replacements within a structured, defensible capital planning process.
Approach: I performed asset management and capital investment analysis for new substation projects and built equipment replacement roadmaps, using Copperleaf as part of the program rollout.
Result: Multi-year replacement roadmaps and investment cases built into utility’s Copperleaf-based capital planning process. Over 20 substations and 100+ assets.
