Challenge: The City of Alachua needed a new distribution substation to serve growing load.
Approach: As project manager, I led scope, schedule, budget, and a team of engineers and subcontractors from design through construction.
Result: A $6M greenfield substation taken from design through construction for a growing municipal system.
